Terms and Conditions:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Return Process: a. Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team via phone or email. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). b. Packaging: Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. c. RAN Label: Write the provided RAN on the outside of the package before sending it back to us.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Inspection and Refund: a. Inspection: Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. b. Refund: If the items meet the return conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
- Exchanges: We currently do offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
